FNG earned five honors at the International Property Awards Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG)—the joint venture between Federal Land Inc. and Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.—received five awards at the 2026-2027 Asia-Pacific Property Awards by the International Property Awards, highlighting the design, quality, and showrooms of its residential developments: Yume at Riverpark in Cavite and The Observatory in Mandaluyong.
FNG emerged as the most-awarded developer at the ceremony, accounting for nearly a quarter of the 23 awards received by Philippine companies during this year’s competition. The International Property Awards is one of the world’s most respected property award programs, recognizing excellence in architecture, development, design, and real estate across regions including Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, Africa, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This year’s Asia-Pacific awarding ceremony took place from 6-7 May 2026, at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park in Thailand.
FNG was honored with a five-star award for Best Residential High-Rise Architecture and also received accolades in the Residential High-Rise Development and Apartment/Condominium Development categories. Rising in Mandaluyong City, The Observatory offers studio, one-to- three-bedroom residences and expansive penthouses.
The development is located at the true center of Metro Manila, surrounded by business districts, and promises to offer complete, convenient, and comfortable living. Meanwhile, Yume at Riverpark received a five-star award in the Best Residential Interior Show Home category. The development also earned recognition in the Residential Development 20+ Units category.
