After the online success of Ghosting, fan favorites JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith are reuniting for Will You Fake Marry Me?, a new vertical romantic comedy premiering exclusively on iWant on 30 June.
Directed by Jojo Saguin, the series follows June (Fyang), a spirited tocino brand promoter who stands to inherit a fortune if she marries Ping (JM), the young CEO of the company she works for. What begins as a marriage of convenience soon becomes more complicated as the pair's fake romance gradually develops into real feelings.
The series is the latest addition to iWant's growing slate of vertical dramas. The first 15 episodes will be released on 30 June, with the remaining episodes arriving on 15 July. Viewers can stream the first five episodes for free on iWant's Facebook, TikTok and YouTube channels, while the full series will be available through the platform's subscription plans.
