Buboy Villar says working harder for his children is his top priority

Actor Buboy Villar said fatherhood continues to motivate him to work harder as he balances multiple television projects and a growing business to provide a better future for his three children.
The 28-year-old actor has three children from two relationships: Vlanz Karollyn, 8, and George Michael, 6, with former partner Angillyn Gorens, and Kyrie, 2, with his current partner, Khrizza Mae "Isay" Sampiano.
"Ayos lang naman po. Ito ngayon, meron akong two-year-old at nagpapaka-busy for their futures," Villar said in an interview.
He also shared that he and Gorens have already moved on from their past issues.
"Wala naman po. Wala na po. Okay na po kami," he said.
For Father's Day, Villar said he opted for a quiet celebration, spending the day resting before having dinner with his family.
Asked what kind of father he strives to be, Villar said his goal is to ensure his children have opportunities he never had growing up.
"Kasi siyempre, ako, di naman po lumaking perpekto yung buhay ko. Kaya nagkaroon ako ng mindset na gusto ko pag lumaki ang mga anak ko, maganda yung future nila."
"Makapag-aral sila kung saan nila gustong mag-aral sa kolehiyo. Mabibigyan ko sila ng magandang bukas," he said during an interview with PEP.ph on the set of Task Force Firewall in Marikina City on 24 June.
Villar is currently juggling three Kapuso programs: the online talk show Your Honor, the long-running gag show Bubble Gang, and the primetime action series Task Force Firewall.
He credited Sparkle GMA Artist Center for supporting him as he balances his responsibilities as an actor, entrepreneur, and father.
"Thank you sa Sparkle, of course, dahil naiintindihan nila yung situation ko bilang isang tatay, isang negosyante, at isang aktor," he said.
"Thank you sa kanila dahil kahit papaano na nama-maximize namin yung araw. Kasi siyempre importante sa akin yung tatlong trabaho na ito na ayoko ding mawala."
Apart from his television commitments, Villar said his pares business continues to expand, with two branches currently being managed by his siblings.
