Veteran forward Harrison Barnes saw one of the NBA’s longest active durability streaks come to an abrupt end Thursday night after waking up from a pregame nap with a sore left ankle.
Barnes was ruled out of the matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers, snapping his run of 364 consecutive games played.
The streak dated back more than three years. The last time Barnes missed a game was 4 December 2021, when he sat out a contest against the Sacramento Kings.
