A provincial-level most wanted person was arrested by operatives of the Antipolo Component City Police Station on Saturday afternoon.
The arrested individual was identified by the alias Mark, 32, a resident of Antipolo City.
The arrest was conducted by virtue of a warrant of arrest for five counts of Lascivious Conduct under Section 5(B) of Republic Act 7610, also known as the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
The warrant was issued by the Antipolo City Family Court, Fourth Judicial Region Branch 17, with a recommended bail of P200,000 for five counts of the case.
Currently, the accused is in the custody of the Antipolo Component City Police Station for further documentation and proper disposition.
Meanwhile, the Antipolo Component City Police Station will return the copy of the warrant of arrest to the issuing court.
