The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) has formally entered into a lease agreement with Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) for a new headquarters at Studio 7, a move aimed at strengthening the country’s cybercrime prevention and public service infrastructure.
The agreement covers over 4,000 square meters of office space and a dedicated 100-square-meter retail area. The CICC, an attached agency of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), joins its parent agency at the LEED Silver-certified tower. The DICT began its operations at the same location in late 2025.
Acting Executive Director Usec. Renato “Aboy” Paraiso said the new headquarters is designed to house state-of-the-art cybercrime detection and prevention capabilities.
“The Action Center is a critical component of our mandate to make government services more accessible and responsive, providing the public with a clear point of contact for reporting cybercrime concerns,” Paraiso said.
Located at 807 EDSA, Diliman, Studio 7 is situated near the MRT-3 GMA-Kamuning Station. The facility’s dedicated retail area will serve as a public complaints hub to improve response times for cybercrime incidents and coordinate with law enforcement.
DICT Secretary Henry Rhoel Aguda noted that consolidating agencies in one accessible location supports stronger coordination and operational security.
Filinvest Land President and CEO Tristan Las Marias said the partnership supports government modernization by providing "accessible, functional, and future-ready workspaces." The move follows similar successful consolidations by other national agencies, including the Department of Trade and Industry and the National Bureau of Investigation, within the Filinvest portfolio.
