Christian Dior Couture has named Charlotte Holman Ros as its new president for the Americas, effective 1 February. In her new role, Holman Ros will report to Alessandro Valenti, deputy managing director in charge of commercial activities.
She succeeds Alexandra Winokur, who will step down on 31 January to pursue new personal and professional endeavors, following a one-month handover period with Holman Ros.
Holman Ros comes to the role with nearly two decades of experience across luxury and consumer brands. Since 2020, she has led Parfums Christian Dior in North America. Her career spans senior roles at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, Estée Lauder Companies, and Burberry, where she spent over four years as global director of strategy and then as director of womenswear for North America, overseeing merchandising and retail operations.
“We are delighted to welcome Charlotte. She combines a genuine vision of client experience with a proven ability to grow brands and motivate her teams to achieve outstanding results. At the same time, I would like to warmly thank Alexandra for her achievements, professionalism, and commitment, notably through the exceptional openings of House of Dior New York and House of Dior Beverly Hills, and wish her the greatest success in the next stage of her career,” said Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, deputy CEO of Christian Dior Couture.
Holman Ros’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Dior in the Americas, as the house continues to expand its retail presence and strengthen its luxury portfolio in the region.
