

AXA Philippines closed 2025 with multiple recognitions from global and local award-giving bodies, citing the insurer’s performance in digital innovation, corporate governance, employee engagement, and customer experience.
Among the highlights were wins at the Global Insurance Innovation Awards 2025, Golden Arrow Awards 2025, 16th Asia CEO Awards, Tripzilla Excellence Awards, Marketech APAC’s NEXT Awards, and its fifth consecutive Great Place to Work® certification.
At the Global Insurance Innovation Awards, AXA Philippines was recognized for Excellence in Digital Innovation and Best Mobile Insurance App for its platforms SWITCH and EMMA by AXA PH. SWITCH supports distributors through real-time updates and automated workflows, while EMMA allows customers to access policies, make payments, and receive digital support through a single app.
The company also received a Golden Arrow Award from the Institute of Corporate Directors, recognizing its adherence to high standards of corporate governance based on the Annual Corporate Governance Scorecard.

AXA Philippines was also named a Circle of Excellence finalist at the 16th Asia CEO Awards for Wellness Company of the Year through its Awesome AXA program and CSR Company of the Year for AXA Hearts in Action. The initiatives focus on employee well-being, volunteerism, environmental protection, clean water access and financial literacy.
In travel insurance, AXA’s #GoBigWithAXASmartTraveller campaign earned a Silver Award for Most Innovative Public Relations Campaign at Marketech APAC’s NEXT Awards, while AXA Smart Traveller was named Best Travel Insurance (Single Trip) at the Tripzilla Excellence Awards for the second consecutive year.
Reflecting its workplace culture, AXA Philippines also achieved Great Place to Work® certification for the fifth straight year and placed among the top employers nationwide in a Statista-led employer ranking.
