Education officials in Mandaue City have recognized NutriAsia for its continued support of public school programs during a recent gathering of academic and community stakeholders.
The Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division Office (SDO) of Mandaue City presented the condiment manufacturer with a plaque of recognition during its stakeholder summit held 2 December at Mandaue City Central School.
The award commends the company’s Cebu plant as an active partner in advancing projects that contribute to the department’s mission and goals. Schools Division Superintendent Bianito A. Dagatan presented the honor to Julie Quiñanola, NutriAsia HR operations manager for Visayas and Mindanao.
“We share the vision of the Department of Education and the Mandaue SDO that our schoolchildren have a safe and happy place for them to learn and reach their full potential,” Quiñanola said. “We remain fully committed to this meaningful partnership.”
NutriAsia has been a long-term supporter of the annual “Brigada Eskwela” program at Maguikay Elementary School. The company provides corporate donations and mobilizes employee volunteers to assist in repairing and preparing school facilities ahead of the academic year.
Based in the Philippines, NutriAsia is a leading producer of local condiments and sauces.
