Gilas miss out on 3x3 gold

Gilas Pilipinas failed to reach the podium in the men’s 3x3 event of the 33rd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games at the Nimibutr Stadium in Bangkok on Thursday.

After going 2-0 in the standings, the Gilas suffered a 20-21 loss to Singapore in the semifinals and was denied a seat in the final/

It was downhill for the Philippines as it failed to salvage a bronze medal after a 19-21 heartbreak against Malaysia.

The Philippines ends its 3x3 SEA Games campaign in heartbreak as Gilas Women failed to make it to the semifinals after losing to the Malaysians and Indonesians in the preliminary round.
