Muntinlupa City hosted a Christmas-themed gathering for pet owners and their furbabies as part of its annual campaign for promoting responsible pet ownership.
Mayor Ruffy Biazon said the activity, organized by the Office of the City Veterinarian, gathered fur parents and their pets for a series of activities including a dog dash, eating contest, and a pet fashion show.
Biazon said the event serves as a fellowship activity for residents and a reminder of the city’s initiative to ensure pets are healthy, safe, and properly cared for.
“Pets bring us joy every day, so it is our duty to make sure that they are also happy, healthy, and safe.” he said.
