Budget airline Cebu Pacific (CEB) is expanding its Middle East network with the launch of direct flights between Manila and Riyadh starting in March.

The Gokongwei-led air carrier announced Tuesday that it will operate the Manila–Riyadh service four times weekly, with Manila departures every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Riyadh to Manila flights are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Easier and more affordable for OFWs to fly home

“Our OFWs in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East make tremendous sacrifices to support their families and contribute to the Philippine economy. Launching our Manila–Riyadh service is one way we honor their hard work, making it easier and more affordable for them to fly home,” CEB president and chief commercial officer Xander Lao said.

“We remain committed to providing reliable and accessible connections for Filipinos wherever they may be in the world.”

The airline said passengers can save up to 57 percent on round-trip fares compared with other travel options on the same route.

Seat sale this December

To mark the route launch, CEB is holding a seat sale from 9 to 13 December, offering one-way base fares as low as P1, exclusive of surcharges and fees.

The promo covers flights from 1 March to 28 October 2026.

From 9 to 31 December, passengers may also avail of discounted Fare Bundles, which include seat selection, meals and baggage allowance.

Riyadh becomes CEB’s fourth long-haul destination, joining Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and Sydney and Melbourne in Australia.

CEB currently flies to 37 domestic and 27 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
