Lenovo targets tech holiday buyers

Lenovo is positioning its latest lineup of laptops and gaming devices as practical gift options for students, professionals and gamers this Christmas, emphasizing performance and adaptability rather than branding and lifestyle messaging.
For everyday users, the IdeaPad Slim 3i (starting at P34,995) and IdeaPad Slim 5 (starting at P54,995) serve as Lenovo’s entry offerings.
Both laptops feature the latest Intel processors and are designed for basic productivity tasks such as online classes, office work and streaming.
They come with battery management features and lightweight frames intended for mobility.
Lenovo’s mid-tier push centers on its Yoga series. The Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition (from P74,995) and the Yoga 7i 2-in-1 (from P79,995) are aimed at creative workers and hybrid employees who need devices that function both as laptops and tablets.
The Yoga 7i 2-in-1 includes a 360-degree hinge for presentation and tablet use, while both units feature OLED displays and software-assisted performance optimization.
For high-performance consumers, including gamers and digital artists, Lenovo offers the Legion 5i (from P88,995) and the Legion Go 2 handheld console, expected in local stores by late December.
The devices use upgraded graphics and cooling systems intended for extended gameplay. Completing the hardware suite is the Legion Pro 27UD-10 monitor, set for mid-December release, featuring a 27-inch 4K display with high refresh rates for detailed visuals in graphics-intensive work and gaming.
