Six individuals were robbed inside a coffee shop in Antipolo City on Thursday midnight.
The robbery–hold-up incident occurred at about 11:13 p.m. inside Lime Craft Coffee located at No. 88 Sitio Macopa, Barangay Bagong Nayon, Antipolo City.
Initial police investigation disclosed that three unidentified suspects alighted from their getaway motorcycles and entered the coffee shop wearing helmets, face masks, and motorcycle bonnets. The suspects declared a hold-up while pointing a handgun at the victims.
They then forcibly took valuables from the customers and fled toward Masinag on their motorcycles, which were driven by three other cohorts waiting outside the establishment.
A follow-up investigation is now ongoing for the possible identification and arrest of the suspects and the recovery of stolen items.
Among the stolen belongings were an iPhone XR worth P10,000; two units of Infinix Hot 30i worth P10,000; a Huawei tablet worth P15,000; an HP laptop worth P17,000; an iPhone 14 Plus worth P70,000; a Motorola Edge 2021 worth P25,000; cash amounting to P20,000 from the coffee shop’s sales; and various identification cards of the victims.
