It was a celebration of a life's journey told through music, as can only be written and composed by no less than the Maestro and National Artist for Music, Mr. Ryan Cayabyab.

When the lights went up on the stage, with National Artist for Music, Maestro Ryan Cayabyab seated in front of the piano, the audience knew that they were in for a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Of the musical kind that is. In the first ever Ryan Cayabyab's Maestro Class

From beginning to end, Ryan Cayabyab's Maestro Class Concert Series, was a true celebration of not only music, but of how it is so deeply ingrained in Filipino culture. Of how music, or in this case, OPM, has become the very script by which we tell the stories of our lives. And we are fortunate to have someone like Maestro Ryan Cayabyab to create it all for us and future generations to hear. That said, we are all looking forward to the next one.
