Federal Express Corporation, one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, is making holiday shipping more convenient and accessible for Filipinos by expanding its FedEx Authorized ShipCenters network.
Pack-and-ship stores identified as FedEx Authorized ShipCenter locations allow shippers to enjoy the convenience of shipping via FedEx and the confidence of knowing professionals are handling their shipments.
In a statement on Wednesday, FedEx said the new 2GO branch at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Road in Parañaque City will now be operating as a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, bringing total nationwide access points to 290 2GO stores, 18 IPX outlets and 23 Airspeed locations.
The FedEx Worldwide Service Center is temporarily relocating its operations to Asinan 2A-3, SM Asinan Warehouse Complex, La Huerta, Parañaque City, continuing to serve customers during facility upgrades in Pasay City.
“Through an extensive network of local service locations and collaborative channels, customers can easily access FedEx international delivery services, simple return options, and streamlined e-commerce solutions, helping e-retailers, MSMEs, and individual shippers manage holiday demand with greater reliability, comfort and speed across the country,” the logistics firm said.
Earlier, FedEx signed an agreement with Clark International Airport operator Luzon International Premiere Airport Development to expand and upgrade its gateway in Central Luzon, in a bid to double the size of its current facility and add more aprons and taxiways to improve cargo handling and spur growth in the logistics sector.
FedEx said the move will support both importers and exporters, including small and medium enterprises and heavyweight freight shippers, with greater and more reliable access to and from international markets.
