ICI Submit Ombudsman
(November 04 2025) ICI chairperson Andres Reyes Jr. submitted another referral before the Ombudsman with Ombudsman Crispin Remulla to oversee during the submission, in the case related to the investigation of the anomalous flood control projects on Tuesday November 4 2025, ICI urging an vestigation of former DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan, former Undersecretaries Roberto Bernardo and Maria Catalina Cabral, Bulacan 1st District Engineer Henry Alcantara, Assistant Engineer Bryce Hernandez, and Topnotch Catalyst Builders Inc. owner Eumir Villanueva for their supposed involvement in an irregular riverbank protection project in Plaridel, Bulacan.
