ACMobility, Ayala’s mobility arm and one of the country’s leaders in electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, made a strong showing at the 13th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit (PEVS) held in Pasay City. The company unveiled new charging technologies and app features designed to make EV ownership simpler, smarter, and more rewarding for Filipinos.
The highlight of ACMobility’s showcase was its expanding EV charging ecosystem, which includes home, public, and on-demand charging options. This system is anchored on the Philippine EV Spine Network, a network of charging stations that links key cities and travel destinations across the country.
To date, ACMobility has over 100 operational sites with 70 more on the way, as it works toward its goal of reaching 700 charging points by the end of 2025. Carla Buencamino, head of ACMobility Infrastructure, said the company’s goal goes beyond powering vehicles. “Energy means more than just power. It’s what gives every EV driver the confidence and freedom to keep moving forward,” she said.
At the center of this connected system is Evro, ACMobility’s all-in-one e-mobility app. In just a year since its launch, Evro has grown to over 25,000 registered users and 35,000 downloads, covering more than 80 percent of local EV drivers.
During the summit, ACMobility introduced new Evro app updates aimed at making charging easier and more personalized. The Station Finder shows a map of more than 240 Department of Energy–registered charging stations across the country, with filters to help drivers locate compatible chargers in real time.
MyCharge Planner helps users estimate how much energy they need based on their car’s specs, while GCash Link & Pay enables faster and more secure transactions without the need for OTPs. To make every stop even more rewarding, Evro now includes Charge Vouchers, which users can claim and redeem for digital coupons at partner stations.
ACMobility said these developments reflect its mission to make EV ownership not just possible, but practical for Filipinos. As the company continues to grow its charging network, it also plans to roll out more digital upgrades to help drivers plan trips with confidence and convenience.
