The Miss Philippines Earth 2025 pageant crowned its new set of queens on 10 August at Okada Manila in Parañaque City, with Joy Barcoma of Bacoor taking the top title. She will represent the Philippines at Miss Earth 2025, where pageant fans hope she can add to the country’s four past wins.
Barcoma impressed both the judges and the audience with her poise, advocacy, and final Q&A answer, where she vowed to inspire eco-consciousness among the youth, push for smart innovations, and make inclusive investments to build a sustainable future. A professional host and consultant, she is also an ambassador for LoveYourselfPH and serves as Region IV-A head for Youth for Mental Health.
Her elemental court includes:
Miss Philippines Air 2025 – Maria Flordeliz Mabao of Antipolo
Miss Philippines Water 2025 – Angel Rose Tambal of La Paz, Leyte, a licensed civil engineer
Miss Philippines Fire 2025 – Jaymie Strickland of Tallahassee, Florida, USA
Miss Philippines Eco-Tourism 2025 – Kriezl Jane Torres of Talakag, Bukidnon
Outgoing queen Irha Mel Alfeche of Matanao, Davao del Sur, who finished in the Top 12 at Miss Earth 2024, crowned Barcoma during the ceremony.
This year’s edition marked the 25th year of Miss Philippines Earth, continuing its mission of promoting environmental protection and sustainability alongside beauty and talent.
