DivinaLaw associate lawyer Renz J. Ayongao has been appointed vice chairperson of the Young Professionals Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP).

Ayongao will help chart the committee’s strategic direction by collaborating on its vision and planning, guiding its goals and key initiatives, shaping programs, and advancing the growth of young professionals within the ECCP network.

The appointment reflects DivinaLaw’s push to develop future leaders from its own ranks.

Ayongao is a member of the firm’s litigation team and has represented the Philippines in international moot court competitions.

Global quarterfinalist

In 2021, he was team captain and global quarterfinalist in the International Children’s Rights Moot Court in the Netherlands.

In 2020, he placed second runner-up in the Asia-Pacific Regional Rounds and ranked eighth best speaker in the Asia-Pacific at the John H. Jackson International Trade Moot Court.

The ECCP is a business organization promoting European-Philippine economic relations.

Its Young Professionals Committee serves as a platform for networking, professional development, and collaboration among emerging leaders in various industries.
