South takes shape

The future is already unfolding in the South.

Southern Luzon is now the new frontier of high-value residential investment, a region where infrastructure expansion, premium master-planned communities, and the potential for robust capital appreciation converge. With Cavite and Laguna drawing investor attention in recent years, the spotlight is now shifting to Batangas, poised as the next strategic growth corridor in Southern Luzon.

At the heart of this dynamic region lies Meadow at LIMA Estate, a signature residential development by Aboitiz Land within the expansive LIMA Estate, the Philippines’ largest privately-owned, industry-anchored township.

LIMA Estate’s thoughtfully integrated ecosystem brings together industrial, commercial, and residential elements, creating a live-work-thrive environment that champions economic activity and fosters vibrant, connected communities. Early investors benefit from being ahead of the curve, with properties positioned for fast appreciation as the estate expands and attracts new enterprises and residents. All of this is made possible by the combined strength and credibility of Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates, whose track record for delivering successful industrial developments and Aboitiz Land’s sustainable and quality residential developments assure stakeholders of long-term value.

Residents of Meadow enjoy direct access to Biz Hub, the first masterplanned business district in Batangas that houses The Outlets. Just nearby is the LIMA Exchange, home to a transport terminal and retail options for everyday needs. The upcoming LIMA Office Park, set to feature seven modern office buildings, will welcome companies expanding beyond Metro Manila and looking to tap into the region’s growing pool of skilled talent. LIMA Tower One, the first of seven buildings now stands proudly with Conduent, a global BPO company, as its first major locator.

Residents will enjoy a refreshing shift in pace and perspective, marked by less congestion, a lower cost of living, better work-life balance, and a more temperate climate. These are further complemented by a community designed with sustainability in mind and built with long-term safety and resilience at its core. A key driver of this holistic growth is the Industrial Hub at LIMA Estate, the largest and first in the country to earn a 5-star BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence) District Certification.

Backed by the Aboitiz Group’s strengths in power and water production and distribution, park management, construction, and energy solutions, LIMA integrates eco-conscious features like smart water and waste systems, and expansive green spaces to redefine what an industrial estate can be.

Meadow at LIMA Estate looks to fill that demand as it stands as the first choice for families looking to reside within the estate, with available lots ranging from 251 to 1,500 square meters, premier amenities and services, and a highly-walkable and bicycle-friendly neighborhood layout.

Whether you are a seasoned investor, a family looking to take root where urban growth meets the peace and space of suburban living, or a visionary buyer seeking future-forward assets, Meadow offers more than just property, it offers guaranteed growth.
