HighLevel Inc. has partnered with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and the local government of Quezon City to host the HL Pilipinas 1st Anniversary Summit on 10 August at the Quezon City M.I.C.E. Center.
The event aims to highlight the Philippines as a strategic hub for digital innovation and support the government's goal of creating 8 million digital jobs by 2028.
The collaboration signifies a milestone for the local tech community, with HighLevel — a marketing automation platform — officially recognizing the Philippines as a key market for its growth.
Organizers Jay-Cee Tan and Diana Panganiban of HL Accelerator said the summit is a convergence of "grassroots innovation and institutional support." They noted that 90 percent of their program participants have secured clients within a month, with 68 percent doubling their income through specialized training.
High-ranking officials, including DICT Undersecretary Leandro Angelo Aguirre and Quezon City Administrator Michael Victor N. Alimurung, will open the summit. The event’s speaker lineup includes Alicia Pagano, HighLevel Inc.'s head of certification, who will unveil the official HighLevel Certified Admin Program and motivational speaker Chinkee Tan.
Beyond educational sessions, the summit will feature live job-matching sessions connecting Filipino professionals with opportunities in Australia, the U.S. and the U.K. More than 10 agencies will conduct on-site interviews for virtual assistant positions from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., with potential for same-day hiring. The interviews are open to all, including those without advance registration.
The event, which has a Modern Filipiniana theme, also includes a virtual attendance option for P497, which provides lifetime access to recordings and training modules. Organizers said they expect between 1,000 and 1,500 attendees, making it one of the largest gatherings of Filipino digital workers and SaaS professionals to date.
