Drug operatives of Cainta have arrested two suspected drug pushers in a buy-bust in Barangay San Andres, Cainta, Rizal, early Saturday morning.
Nabbed in the operation were identified only by the alias Pusit, 37, a street food; and alias Babeng, 64, a high-value individual–both residents of Cainta, Rizal.
Confiscated from the suspects were several sachets of suspected shabu weighing approximately 100 grams, with a standard drug price of P680,000.
Also seized from them were P1,500 drug money, P500 marked money, and a purse.
The arrested suspects were brought to the Cainta Municipal Police Station custodial facility for documentation and disposition.
Authorities are now preparing the pertinent documents for filing of cases before the Rizal Provincial Prosecutor's Office for violation with Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
