Team Liquid PH sweeps Aurora Turkey to reach MSC 2025 semifinals

Team Liquid PH advanced to the semifinals of the Mid Season Cup 2025 after a clean sweep over Aurora Turkey on Wednesday at the Amazon Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

With their core five of KarlTzy, Oheb, Sanji, Sanford, and Jaypee, the Filipino squad looked unstoppable in the first two games, dismantling the Turkish side in just 12 and 10 minutes, respectively.

Aurora Turkey showed more fight in Game 3, drafting a utility-heavy lineup of Baxia, Mathilda, Valentina, Lapu-Lapu, and Ixia. Team Liquid PH countered with a sustain-heavy draft of Fredrinn, Cici, Gatotkaca, Pharsa, and Irithel.

The Turkish team took an early lead, but Team Liquid PH methodically turned the tide with disciplined rotations and well-coordinated team fights. By the late game, they had built a commanding 7,000-gold advantage.
