Authorities arrested a high-value target listed as the No. 2 most wanted person in Region 9 during a coordinated police operation in Parañaque City on Friday afternoon.
The 43-year-old suspect was apprehended along East Service Road, in front of Subway Tunnel Project Gate 1 in Barangay San Martin de Porres. The arrest was made by virtue of four criminal cases issued by Judge Romeo Tenorio Descalier of the Pagadian City Regional Trial Court Branch 19.
The suspect faces two counts of murder, both non-bailable, and two counts of attempted murder with bail set at P120,000 for each count.
He is also ranked as the No. 3 most wanted person in Zamboanga del Sur and the No. 2 most wanted in Kumalarang Municipality for July 2025.
