Taguig City Police arrested three men for stealing the motorcycle of a delivery rider on Friday, 11 July.
Police identified the suspects as alias “Renzo,” 21; “Jayson,” 26; and “Jestoni,” 24. They were arrested along Brgy. Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.
The arrest follows the complaint of delivery rider alias “Romero,” 32, who reported on the morning of 10 July that his gray Rusi Passion 125 was missing.
Substation 7 of the Taguig City Police Station led the operations that resulted in the suspects’ arrest and the recovery of the stolen vehicle.
The suspects were brought to the Taguig-Pateros District Hospital for medical examination and will face charges under Republic Act 10883 or the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016.
