Clark Freeport — The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is planning to make the new Pampanga Provincial Hospital inside Clark Global City more accessible by constructing a dedicated access road.

BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang said the access road would provide patients and their families with a more efficient and quicker route to the provincial medical facility. The announcement came during a site inspection conducted by the BCDA Board of Directors, led by Chairman Larry B. Paredes, on 8 July 2025.

The Pampanga Provincial Hospital is a 143-bed medical facility that includes 17 private rooms, 16 semi-private rooms, and 110 ward beds. It sits on a 9,259-square meter lot within the Changi Gateway area of Clark Global City.

The land on which the hospital is built is under a usufruct agreement between the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) and the Pampanga provincial government.

The hospital is designed to provide comprehensive clinical services, diagnostic and ancillary procedures, and strong administrative and support operations — boosting healthcare access for Pampanga residents.

Earlier the same day, BCDA officials also visited the new Philippine Marine Corps Headquarters located in Morong Discovery Park, Bataan.

The inspection showcased major progress on the facility, with the headquarters’ facade expected to be completed by the end of July.

The team also toured key parts of the complex, including the grandstand, reflecting the holistic infrastructure development happening within Morong Discovery Park.

The project marks a significant milestone in establishing a modern and strategic headquarters for the Philippine Marine Corps.
