Soon to rise is Hann Reserve, a sprawling 450-hectare, master planned luxury estate at New Clark City, Tarlac.
The estate will feature three 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Nicklaus Design, KJ Choi and Sir Nick Faldo, along with the only PGA-affiliated player development facilities in the country.
These will be complemented by the international luxury hospitality brands of Accor Group and Marriott International. It will also feature a commercial center, casino, exclusive residences and an international school.
Hann Reserve is strategically phased for development until 2030.
Hann Reserve is owned and operated by Hann Philippines Inc. Its maiden development, Hann Casino Resort, will begin to unveil exciting new experiences such as a 3,500-square-meter-plus gaming floor with canyon-design interiors. This will be followed by new Intercontinental and Novotel hotels that will also offer branded residences, targeted to begin operations by 2030.
