The National Capital Region (NCR) continues to dominate the overall medal standings in the ongoing Palarong Pambansa 2025, as of 7:42 PM on Tuesday, 27 May. NCR leads with 27 golds, 16 silvers, and eight bronzes.
Close behind is Region IV-A CALABARZON with 17 gold medals, 23 silvers, and eight bronzes, followed by Region X – Northern Mindanao with 12 golds, 10 silvers, and 13 bronzes.
Caraga Region (Region XIII) and Western Visayas (Region VI) round out the top five with eight and seven golds, respectively.
Meanwhile, BARMM and the Philippine Schools Overseas (PSO) remain at the bottom of the ranking with no gold or silver medals so far. BARMM has secured two bronze medals, while PSO has yet to register a podium finish.
With several sporting events still ongoing, the rankings are expected to shift in the coming days as delegations vie for supremacy in the country’s biggest scholastic sporting meet.
