Li Auto has officially set foot in the Philippines with the grand opening of its first-ever showroom in Taguig City. This marks Li Auto’s first step into the Philippines — and its very first showroom anywhere in Southeast Asia.

Located at the Sennett Corporate Center, the showroom offers Filipino car buyers a close look at what Li Auto is all about: Smart, spacious, and family-focused vehicles that blur the line between car and home.

“Today’s launch is not just opening a showroom, it is bringing this vision to life for the Filipino people,” Solomon Gao Fei, vice president of HomeAuto Inc., said.

“It signifies our commitment to providing innovative and sustainable mobility solutions that cater to the evolving needs of modern families.”

Present at the event were Li Auto Philippines execs, led by Stone Yu, and Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano.

The center of Li Auto’s pitch is its concept of the car as a “mobile home.” The brand’s vehicles are designed with four key qualities in mind — comfort, intelligence, range and safety — all built into a sleek, futuristic body.

As comfortable “homes,” the Li L7 and Li L9 are roomy and well-appointed, with plush interiors and amenities that make long drives less tiring, especially for families. The L9, being the larger of the two, features six seats and offers a little more breathing room for bigger households or group road trips. The L7, meanwhile, caters to those who want a flagship SUV feel in a five-seat setup.

Inside, these vehicles function like smart homes, equipped with intelligent systems that handle everything from assisted parking to infotainment and connectivity. Think voice controls, big screens, and systems that learn your habits as you drive.

Powering these SUVs is Li Auto’s Range-Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) system — a hybrid setup that runs mainly on electric power but has a gasoline engine as backup. This means drivers get the perks of an EV, like silent drives and low emissions, without the common worry of range anxiety. In other words, you get the peace of mind of having a plan B for longer road trips.

And of course, no “home” would be complete without safety. With solid construction, advanced driver-assist features, and multiple safety layers, Li Auto vehicles are built to keep families protected at all times.

The Taguig showroom now features the Li L7 and Li L9, both of which are now available for purchase. Pricing is as follows:

The Li L7 Pro, offering a premium suite of features for those who want a taste of the flagship experience, starts at P3,890,000.

The more advanced Li L7 Ultra comes in at P4,490,000, packing even more technology and interior luxuries.

For families who need more seats and space, the Li L9 Pro starts at P5,190,000, while the top-tier Li L9 Ultra is priced at P5,490,000.

One of the event’s highlights was the local reveal of the Li MEGA, the brand’s first-ever pure electric MPV. With its unique teardrop-shaped front end and massive cabin, it’s a clear nod to the future of people movers. Built for both comfort and range, the MEGA is Li Auto’s take on what a futuristic family van should look — and feel — like.

With the Taguig showroom now open, Li Auto is inviting Filipinos to experience this new kind of travel firsthand. Whether it’s for everyday commutes, long road trips, or hauling the whole family around, the brand is betting that its version of a “mobile home” will find its place on Philippine roads.
