Filinvest Group’s real estate companies, Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI), Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT), and Filinvest Alabang Inc. (FAI) took home multiple accolades at the 2025 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards.

FLI earned five other awards, include Gold for Residential Low-Rise (Hampton Orchards in Pampanga), Residential Mid-Rise (Futura One in Dagupan), and two for its industrial parks in New Clark City and
Ciudad de Calamba.

Filinvest REIT Corp., the country’s first sustainability-themed REIT, was recognized for projects that integrate environmental goals with modern business needs. It earned four awards for Axis Tower Two and Vector Three.

Filinvest Alabang Inc., the arm behind the upscale Filinvest City, won Gold for its township master plan and its specialized chapel project Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel.
