The Farm at San Benito, one of the Philippines’ top wellness destinations, is set to reopen by late 2025 as the country’s first Autograph Collection property under Marriott International.

This move follows a new partnership between global hotel group Marriott and CG Hospitality, which manages the acclaimed 52-hectare sanctuary in Lipa, Batangas. Known for its eco-luxury villas, holistic healing programs, and plant-based cuisine, The Farm will soon be part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, connecting it to a wider international market of wellness-minded travelers.

The relaunch under the Autograph Collection — Marriott’s brand of curated, independent boutique hotels — aims to elevate The Farm’s global visibility while retaining its distinct approach to wellness, design, and Filipino hospitality.

CG Hospitality chairman Dr. Binod Chaudhary described The Farm as a “jewel” in their portfolio, while Marriott Asia Pacific president Rajeev Menon called the partnership a strategic step in meeting growing demand for wellness-focused travel.
