Tendo by Tonik, a provider of digital financial wellness solutions, announced Monday its services are now available to employees of Concentrix, the largest private employer in the Philippines with over 100,000 workers.
The initiative will provide Concentrix employees access to Tendo’s tools, including salary-deducted loans, budget coaching, and high-yield savings options.
Tendo, an affiliate of Tonik Digital Bank, said it already partners with more than 180 employers nationwide, serving hundreds of thousands of workers. The company highlighted that its digital platform can help with employee engagement and retention by offering cost-effective financial wellness programs and access to responsible credit and savings tools.
