IBA, Zambales — Zambales police reported Saturday that a wanted person with a pending frustrated murder case, was arrested while trying to secure National Police Clearance.
According to reports received by P/Col. Benjamin P. Ariola, Provincial Director, last 10 April from the Subic PNP headed by P/LT. CoL. Joe Louies I. Lo Jr., chief of police, the unidentified suspect was then trying to secure a PNP clearance but when they checked the record from the National Police Clearance System it appeared that the suspect had pending Frustrated Murder filed last 29 September 2011.
According to the report, the warrant of arrest against the suspect was ordered by Regional Trial Court, Branch 63 in La Trinidad, Benguet with a bail bond of P100,000.
