One of the most successful business process outsourcing companies operating in the country, Teleperformance (TP), was recognized as one of the top Philippines Best Workplaces in 2025 by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute for the fourth time.

Receiving the award at the Okada Manila Grand Ballroom, TP’s chief people officer in the Philippines, Jeffrey Johnson, emphasized that such a distinction is attributed to the passionate people of TP across the country.

“At TP, we are immensely proud of our workplace culture that continues to evolve and respond to the needs of people. We are further enriching this culture with investments in Emotional Intelligence, or EI, now the cornerstone of our high-tech, high-touch, high-standards growth engine. This recognition emboldens us further to advance our efforts to empower our people and the communities where we operate amid rapid and unpredictable changes,” Johnson said.

TP in the Philippines ranks 8th in the Top Ten Best Workplaces - Large Companies category.

The list is curated by the GPTW Institute, a global authority on workplace culture, surveying over 20 million employees worldwide to quantify their work cultures based on credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie as benchmarks, with the ultimate goal of cultivating high-trust work experiences and producing better business results.

In 2024, TP in the Philippines earned the Great Place to Work certification for the seventh consecutive year since 2018.

Established in 1996, TP has grown to become one of the largest and most preferred employers in the country, currently with a 60,000-strong workforce across 27 delivery centers.

“We take pride in what we do as the first and most consistently certified Great Place to Work® company in the Philippines. From the award-winning efforts of our frontline customer experts to our leaders, who strive to build a workplace culture that focuses on excellence, growth, and appreciation, investing in our people is our way of becoming a Force of Good,” said Chief Executive Officer of TP in the Philippines Rahul Jolly.

TP in the Philippines has consistently earned accolades from industry and government partners for its high-tech, high-touch, and high-standards programs.

Recently, the TP Skills Training to Employment Program (TP STEP), in partnership with the city government of Pasig, was recognized as a Grand Anvil Finalist and a Gold Anvil awardee by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines.

TP STEP equips individuals from marginalized groups and communities with the necessary skills to thrive in the Information Technology and Business Process Management industry.
