Pheww sets MPL record as Team Falcons ends TNC's streak

Team Falcons captain Angelo Kyle "Pheww" Arcangel is now the all-time leader in assists following his squad’s sweep over TNC Pro Team on Week 3, Day 1 of MPL Season 15 this Friday evening at Green Sun Hotel in Makati.

The world championship roster of Pheww, KyleTzy, Super Marco, Owgwen, and Flap secured a 2-0 series victory, extending their winning streak to four matches this season. Pheww delivered a stellar performance, recording a combined 1/0/16 KDA using Valentina and Selena in Games 1 and 2, respectively.

"Seeing the people who believe in me motivates me to become better. We still have plenty of heroes to unveil. We want to widen our hero pool this regular season," Pheww said after the match.

Earlier in the day, Omega secured its first win of the season against the still winless Saudi Arabia-based esports organization Twisted Minds. The victory improved Omega’s record to 1-3, while Twisted Minds fell to 0-5.
