Ascott Limited expands its reach nationwide as it plans to open a resort in Siargao Island.
Préférence Siargao is an exclusive beach and garden villa property only minutes away from a marine sanctuary and premiere surfing spots. It will offer 45 luxury villas, each designed to deliver a personalized experience with exceptional service and thoughtfully curated amenities including a spa and wellness center.

Aside from Préférence Siargao, Ascott is also building its debut property on Mactan Island, Cebu.
Citadines Mactan Cebu is a 200-room resort featuring a vibrant mixed-use development with amenities, including a signature restaurant, an inviting guest lounge, a grand ballroom, a refreshing pool, a rejuvenating spa and a convenient launderette.
Citadines Mactan Cebu is slated to open in 2028.
