Aboitiz Power Corporation (AboitizPower) has been recognized as Prosple’s “Top Employer for Fresh Graduates in the Energy and Utilities Sector for 2025” in the Philippines, earning the title for the second consecutive year.
The recognition comes based on graduate reviews, with AboitizPower scoring high marks in several categories, including management accessibility and mentorship, sustainability efforts in safety, health, and environmental practices, corporate social responsibility through impactful initiatives, and company culture, including structure, teamwork, and colleague engagement.
Prosple, a careers and education technology company, helps organizations and universities connect students to job and education opportunities.
