BIGBANG’s G-Dragon has officially made his long-awaited comeback with the release of his third full-length album, Übermensch, on Tuesday, 25 February 2025.
Comprising eight tracks, the album marks the K-pop superstar’s first full-length release in over 11 years, following Coup d'État in 2013.
The 36-year-old artist treated VIPs, the official fanbase of BIGBANG, to two visually striking music videos for the songs Drama and Too Bad.
In the music video for the piano-driven ballad Drama, G-Dragon appears as a wind-up toy with a key in his back, later joining a dancer on a rotating platform in a hauntingly artistic sequence.
Meanwhile, in the vibrant and high-energy video for Too Bad, featuring Anderson .Paak, G-Dragon performs alongside backup dancers, including renowned choreographer Bada Lee.
Adding to the excitement, aespa’s Karina makes a special appearance in the Too Bad music video, sharing dynamic dance scenes with G-Dragon.
Ahead of Übermensch, G-Dragon had already released two singles: Power in October 2024 and Home Sweet Home, a collaboration with Taeyang and Daesung, in November 2024 — both of which are also included in the album.
Beyond the album release, G-Dragon is gearing up for his Übermensch world tour, which will kick off with a two-day concert at Goyang Stadium in South Korea in late March.
He is also set to headline 88rising’s Head In The Clouds music festival in California on 31 May and 1 June.
In addition to his music career, G-Dragon currently hosts the variety show Good Day, which premiered this February.
