Speculation about Ahtisa Manalo’s return to the pageant scene grew stronger after she was reportedly seen at the contract signing event at the Pacific Star Building in Makati, alongside other delegates.

Currently holding the title of Miss Cosmo Philippines 2024, Manalo previously represented Quezon Province in Miss Universe Philippines 2024, where she secured the second runner-up spot. She later represented the Philippines at the inaugural Miss Cosmo pageant in Vietnam, earning a place in the Top 10.

Manalo is set to compete in a highly anticipated edition of Miss Universe Philippines 2025, alongside strong contenders such as Chelsea Fernandez, Katrina Llegado, Yllana Marie Aduana and Teresita Ssen “Winwyn” Marquez.
