Currently holding the title of Miss Cosmo Philippines 2024, Manalo previously represented Quezon Province in Miss Universe Philippines 2024, where she secured the second runner-up spot. She later represented the Philippines at the inaugural Miss Cosmo pageant in Vietnam, earning a place in the Top 10.
