The Philippines’ Dia Mate was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2025 on Monday, marking the second time the country has won the prestigious title, following Winwyn Marquez’s victory in 2017.
The 23-year-old beauty queen, a member of the prominent Remulla political clan of Cavite, triumphed over 24 other candidates from Spanish-speaking and Hispanic-influenced nations. She inherits the crown from Maricielo Gamarra of Peru (2023/2024 winner).

Aside from her pageant career, Mate is also known for her relationship with musician JK Labajo.
