Forest Lake wrapped up 2024 by launching “I Am Forest Lake,” an initiative recognizing the employees, sellers and sales leaders who have propelled the company’s growth as a top memorial park developer.

The program honored their dedication and highlighted their impact on Forest Lake’s continued success.

Testimonials from employees and clients reinforced the company’s commitment to fostering strong relationships and delivering meaningful services.

“Our success is built on the dedication of our team and the trust of our clients,” said Forest Lake president and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III.

One of the event’s highlights was the recognition of Ruperto Rivera Jr., the company’s group chief finance officer, for his 20 years of service.

His tenure exemplifies excellence and loyalty, values that “I Am Forest Lake” seeks to celebrate.

The initiative also provided a platform for clients to share their experiences, emphasizing how Forest Lake’s services have positively impacted families and communities.

Their stories underscored the company’s mission of care and support beyond business.

HR director Jose Antonio Xerez-Burgos reaffirmed this commitment, stating, “Our people are the heart of Forest Lake. Their perseverance and dedication inspire us to continuously improve and create a workplace where everyone feels valued.”

More than just a recognition program, “I Am Forest Lake” reinforced the company’s vision of being a community-driven organization.
