The 37th Mango Tee fever is on.

The prestigious member-guest tournament, hosted by Alabang Country Club, will kick off on Thursday with the ceremonial tee-off at 5 p.m.

Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon has been invited to join the ceremonial tee-off, along with ACCI officials and other distinguished guests, including San Miguel Corp. president Ramon S. Ang, Smart president Manny V. Pangilinan, ACCI president Paulino Cortez, ACCI chairman Raffy Mapua, Petron president Jacob Ang, RSA Motors BMW’s Spencer Yu, Department of Tourism Director Lyle Uy, Jewelmer president Jacques Branellec;

Coca-Cola Philippines Supply Chain vice president Frank Garcia, TES Advertising president Arbie Jacinto, Newport World Resorts chief marketing director David Jorden, Newport World Resorts chief operating officer Jeffery Evora;

Newport World Resorts Multi-property vice president Bruce Winton, Leonio Land president Carlo Leonio, Mama Lou’s Group president David Sison, 37th Mango Tee Committee vice chairman Dexter Pasion, and 37th Mango Tee Committee chairman Robert Limcaco.

After the ceremonial tee-off, cocktails will be served at the open veranda. The course will be closed on Friday, the eve of the tournament. Nearly a thousand participants will compete in the two-round event, spread over eight days.

Seven brand-new cars will be at stake as hole-in-one prizes, including a Mercedes Benz C180, Lexus LBX, Ford Ranger XL, BYD Sealion 6, Lynk Co 06, Mitsubishi G-Force XLS, and Toyota Yaris Cross. In addition, more than P11 million worth of prizes will be raffled off during the awards ceremonies.

The grand prizes include a brand-new 2025 Lexus LBX worth P2.8 million, followed by a 2024 Rolex Submariner valued at P1 million. Other prizes include a Champs Burger franchise worth P750,000, a Jewelmer Strand Necklace and Stud Earrings (P600,000), an Ogawa massage chair (P600,000), a Gransportivo Series 2-Seater-Lithium Battery (P450,000), and an Emirates business-class roundtrip ticket to Dubai (P175,000).

Additionally, 29 Samsung Smart TVs (P1,832,464) will be raffled off, along with multiple golf certificates from Newport World Resort, Casino Filipino, Shangri-La The Fort, and The Pinewoods Golf and Country Club, among others. Other prizes include an iPhone 16 Pro Max (P91,990) and five P20,000 cash prizes from Mama Lou’s Group Holdings.

Event organizers also announced a P2-million cash bonanza raffle open to members, guests and club employees. Raffle tickets are available at the ACC Business Center. The grand prize is P700,000, with a second prize of P300,000. There will also be five consolation prizes worth P100,000 and 10 prizes worth P50,000.
