Stars and style icons lit up Ternocon 2025 on Sunday, 26 January, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).
First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, designer Inno Sotto, Bench founder Ben Chan, actress Dawn Zulueta, and actors Alden Richards, Ruru Madrid, and Bianca Umali were among the distinguished attendees celebrating the artistry of Filipino fashion.
The event showcased bold and innovative reinterpretations of traditional Filipino attire, highlighting the enduring charm of the terno with a pañuelo, the Balintawak reimagined with an alampay and tapis, and the delicate grace of the kimona—all inspired by the works of national artists.
Adding to the night’s brilliance, mentors Rhett Eala, Lulu Tan-Gan, and Ezra Santos captivated the audience with their timeless collections, celebrated for their artistry and creativity.
Peach Garde from Capiz won the Pacita Longos Award grand prize with a design inspired by National Artist Leandro Locsin, earning accolades for her bold yet graceful vision of Filipino fashion.
