Strong Group Athletics walloped home bet Al Nasr, 99-87, to stay undefeated in the 34th Dubai International Basketball Championship at the Al Nasr Club Sunday morning (Manila time).

Chris McCullough flirted for a double-double after scoring 31 points and grabbing nine rebounds as Strong Group picked up its second win in as many games in Group B.

Mikey Williams and Dave Ildefonso were the only other players in Strong Group to reach double digits with 16 and 13 points, respectively.

Harat Mohammed led Al Nasr with 34 points in a losing effort.

Meanwhile in Group A, the Zamboanga Valientes absorbed an 82-97 loss to Sharjah SC in their first match of the tournament.

Sam Deguara led the Valientes with a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds in a losing effort.

Zamboanga will face Al Ahli Tripoli of Libya on Sunday at 11 p.m. (Manila time).
