RIIZE, a rising K-pop group, demonstrated their generosity this 2025 with a heartfelt donation.

On 21 January, the Walking With Us Children’s Foundation announced that RIIZE had donated 100 million won (approximately $70,000) to Allkidstra, a music education program designed to provide underprivileged children with access to music lessons and experiences.

Making their contribution extra special, RIIZE donated in the name of their official fan club, BRIIZE, strengthening the bond between the group, their fans, and the cause.

The donation will be used to support children’s orchestras, covering costs such as practice space rentals, instrument lessons, and expenses for concerts and recitals. This effort ensures young musicians can thrive in a nurturing and stable environment.

Kim Hyun Joo, the foundation’s director, expressed gratitude for RIIZE’s kindness. "Thanks to RIIZE’s warmhearted gift, children and youths will be able to learn music in a stable environment. We are looking forward to being able to convey hope to more people in the future through the story that RIIZE, BRIIZE, and Allkidstra will create together,” he said.

This isn’t RIIZE’s first act of giving. In December 2024, the group donated proceeds from the sale of Lime-ticons, a merchandise item celebrating their debut mini-album "RIIZING," under the name of their fan club.

RIIZE fans in the Philippines can also look forward to seeing the group live as they perform at the IAM K-POP concert on 29 March at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
