The shipping port is located at the north-western tip of the province in Barangay Balanacan, in the town of Mogpog. This area is renowned for its large image of Our Lady of Biglang Awa, and visitors can also view the site of the Luzon Datum of 1911 on Mt. Mataas in Barangay Hinaggayon, where a remarkable monument and venerable stone markers of our National Landmark stand at the summit.
