Winning an esports world title has its perks. Aside from prestige and global acclaim, a hefty sum of money typically heads to a professional gamer's bank account.

In the case of Fnatic ONIC PH, the all-Filipino squad won the lion's share of the $1,000,000 prize pool for their victory at the M6 World Championship earlier this month in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

DAILY TRIBUNE spoke to the team's main five and asked two questions: How has M6 changed your life, and how do you plan to spend all that money? Here are their responses:

Cyric "K1ngkong" Perez (Jungler): M6 did not completely change my life. For me, our win is like savings. What truly fulfilled me was the feeling that I wanted to be a champion both in the Philippines and internationally.

BJ "Brusko" Parro (Roamer): A lot. People doubted me as a player before, but that has changed. Now, I can help my family. For now, I don't know what to spend my money on. I will save until my career is over.

Duane "Kelra" Pillas (Gold lane): I can go shopping now for whatever I want. I have no plans yet on where to spend my money, but if I could buy land, that's what I would do.

Kirk Gutierrez (Experience lane): My bank account has money now. It will be saved for now.

Frince "Super Frince" Ramirez (Middle lane): A lot. I have more money now.
