The “Wicked” special sing-along experience is landing in Philippine cinemas on 8 January. Fans who missed the chance to sing along to hits like “Defying Gravity,” “The Wizard and I,” and “Popular” during the film’s November premiere now have another shot to join in on the magic.
Universe Pictures Philippines announced that tickets for the sing-along screenings are now available on local theater ticketing sites.
“Wicked,” starring Ariana Grande as Glinda and Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba, explores their journeys of friendship and self-discovery at Shiz University. Directed by Jon Chu, the film serves as the first part of Universal’s adaptation of the beloved Broadway musical.
The stellar cast also includes Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible, Jeff Goldblum as the Wizard, Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, Ethan Slater as Boq, Peter Dinklage as Doctor Dillamond, and Marissa Bode as Nessarose.
Mark your calendars as the second act, "Wicked: For Good" hits cinemas on 21 November 2025.
