President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. attended the inaugural Parangal: Gawad ng Kahusayan sa Komunikasyong Pampubliko, organized by the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City on 16 December 2024.

The event recognized outstanding government communication programs and projects, emphasizing innovation in campaigns, media partnerships, and community outreach. It showcased best practices in government communication and encouraged collaboration among agencies to enhance public awareness and engagement with government initiatives.
